Question: How does one receive the Holy Spirit within them?

A) Receive the Holy Spirit the moment you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

B) Receive the Holy Spirit by believing in God.

C) Receive the Holy Spirit from the moment you were created.

Answer: A) Receive the Holy Spirit the moment you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

In Him, you also, when you heard the word of truth, the good news of your salvation, and [as a result] believed in Him, were stamped with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit [the One promised by Christ] as owned and protected [by God]. ~ Ephesians 1:13 (AMP)

For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ. However, you are not [living] in the flesh [controlled by the sinful nature] but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God lives in you [directing and guiding you]. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him [and is not a child of God]. ~ Romans 8:9 (AMP)

Jesus answered him, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a person is born again [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified], he cannot [ever] see and experience the kingdom of God.” … Jesus answered, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God. ~ John 3:3,5 (AMP)

Hidden Battles: Episode #7 – The Shadow Man

Today in this episode called “The Shadow Man”, I’ll share one of the demonic attacks from my memoir in which, to my surprise, I have over the last year learned that many other people have seen and experienced this exact same demonic entity. Over the last year, I’ve had numerous people share with me, having seen and some even experienced, nearly identical attacks from what I am calling “The Shadow Man”. They have admitted they did not think they would ever tell anyone about their experience until to their shock they read my story “The Shadow Man” in my memoir. Although, not ready to openly share with the world their experiences, I hope my sharing will empower them to take a step in faith and also share the truth of these hidden battles when they are ready as well.
