Revelation #15: What should you do for worry and anxiety?

Question: What should you do when you are anxious or worried?

A) Take deep breaths till your anxiety or worry subsides.

B) Pray with thanksgiving and make your specific requests known to God.

C) Do activities to take your mind off of things.

Answer: B) Pray with thanksgiving and make your specific requests known to God.

Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. ~Philippians 4:6 (AMP)

Although, not ready to openly share with the world their experiences, I hope my sharing will empower them to take a step in faith and also share the truth of these hidden battles when they are ready as well.
