A) Through any combination of visualization, hypnosis, autosuggestion, meditation, or subliminal audio and video.

B) Focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes.

C) Practice mindfulness, affirmations, and self-awareness.

Answer: B) Focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes.

And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]. ~Romans 12:2 (AMP)

Hidden Battles: Episode #7 – The Shadow Man

Today in this episode called “The Shadow Man”, I’ll share one of the demonic attacks from my memoir in which, to my surprise, I have over the last year learned that many other people have seen and experienced this exact same demonic entity.
