Introduction “The World or The Word”

Hello Everyone,

I am starting a series of posts called The World or The Word. Each post will have a question followed by three possible answers. Two of the answers will be what the world says (which may include governmental agency, other people groups, other cultures, churches that may be preaching a watered down version of God’s Word to make it more palatable for our current society) and one of the answers will be what the word of God says.

The first post called “Revelation #1” will be based on scripture that was the driving force for the entire series. How do we know what the Word of God says as opposed to the world if we don’t read The Word? The subtle partial truths the world gives us (and some are not so partial at all) can be confusing, misleading, and ultimately lead to what we see now – chaos and confusion. So let’s cut to the chase. Cut through these misleading messages and answers and get to the truth. The truth that can only be found in The Word of God.

I would say these posts are great for those that are curious about God’s Word and what He says about things, as well as Christians that would like to play along and may already know the answers!

I tried to make the actual scripture slide “pretty” so if you’d like to pause and take a screenshot for saving to your phone, you can do so!

If you have any “The World or The Word” scriptural revelations you’d like to see included in the series – please let me know!

I’ll unpack what all this means in this episode!
